Rates

$350 is the minimum deposit required for a two night stay during high season, otherwise it is $300 for low season and $400 for holiday season.  A $500 refundable security deposit is required once reservations have been confirmed.  A $75.00 cleaning fee will charged.

We offer a %10 military discount to active duty, retired, and reserve members.  We also offer a %10 discount to federal government workers. Proof of status is required upon reservation.

Low Rate (minimum 2 night stay):   $300/Night ... $1680/Week (Summer mid-week, dates not listed below)
Ski Season (minimum 2 night stay):   $350/Night ... $1960/Week (2nd Week of Dec-2nd Weekend in Mar)
Winter Holiday (minimum 3 night stay):   Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year ... $400/night ... $2250/week
Summer Season (minimum 2 night stay):    Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor  Day ...$350/Night ...1960/Week
Autumn Leaf Season (minimum 2 night stay):    October 14-November 7...$350/Night ...1960/Week
Spring/Other Holiday (minimum 3 night stay): Easter Week/James Madison University Graduation/July 4th
