teams must submit a $100 application fee and $1000 bond with this application to be considered for the season (money
order only—made out to the MFL.) You will be refunded the bond fee if you are not accepted into the league.
Returning Teams must pay outstanding balances plus
a deposit of $500 which will be credited to your team fees.
