TRIBE Dance Team

Our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, The Washington Chiefs, Inc., has a long successful history. We've been established since 1993, we're beginning our 16th season and we've been MFL Champions SEVEN TIMES! The Washington Chiefs' TRIBE Dance Team is managed very similar to the NFL dance teams -- with the exception that our dancers also cheer, chant and perform dance routines. Some of our dancers have used their experience with us to move on to perform for NFL dance teams like the Baltimore Ravens and Redskins.

The TRIBE Dance Team perform at the Chiefs football games, dance competitions and parades; make promotional appearances (paid); assist with fundraiser activities, as well as teach and attend upcoming dance camps. The Chiefs organization also sponsors several youth programs and have received many accolades from local communities such as the District of Columbia Department of Recreation; the Greater Washington Urban League, the City of Gaithersburg, and the Department of Health and Human Services, just to name a few. Our programs have flourished over the years becoming a multi-faceted service organization assisting youths in our community.
