The Northern Central High Railers
The Northern Central High Railers is a group of O Gauge model railroad enthusiasts with home layouts. The group
members range from Southern Maryland to Southern Pennsylvania, along the original footprint of the Northern Central
Railway.
Our Mission
Our primary mission is to have monthly "Round Robin" meetings at our homes. Hosting members pick the time and date
of their meetings, provide food and drink to the group, run the trains for the group, and make the rules about bringing children,
etc. Hosts may invite friends to their meetings, even better if the friends also have home layouts and may be interested
in joining the NCHR.
A secondary goal is to occasionally visit railroad related museums, scenic railroads, and non-member layouts. So
far as a group we have visited the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, the Horseshoe Curve, and Steamtown. We also have
visited as a group Tony Lash's, and Rich Battista's layouts.
The group first met at Craig's house on 8/25/05 at 7PM.

Becoming a Member
We would like to add one or two new members.
If you are interested, have a home layout, and live within an hours drive of Cockeysville, Maryland 21030, email
us, and we can discuss becoming a member of the NCHR.
