What is an IEP? IEP stands for Individualized Education Plan. It is a
written document that describes the educational plan for a student with a disability. An IEP talks about your child's disability,
what skills your child needs to learn, what they'll do in school this year, what services the school will provide,
and where your child's learning will take place. An IEP is a legally binding document.
