The Concord SPED PAC has created a wonderful basic toolkit for parents of special education students.   Please note that some resources mentioned may also be found on our website (Laws/Regulations/etc.)  You may access this toolkit by clicking on the link below.

As a state mandated, district-wide volunteer organization, we serve as a resource and advisor to parents of children with special needs from preschool through high school, serving students with placement in all Northbridge Schools as well as out of district placements.  We work closely with the Northbridge School District administration to identify areas of need and act in an advisory role to the Northbridge School Committee.

We are a member of Massachusetts Association of Special Education Parent Advisory Councils (MASSPAC).

We would like to help you become an effective advocate for your child by offering a broad range of information, contacts, and networking opportunities.  Members are welcome to share information (books, tutors, evaluators, etc.) they have found useful in guiding their children's education.  We can also help you connect with other parents dealing with similar issues through our PARENTS PLACE page.

Don't ever feel like you have to do this alone!  We are here to help YOU!
