The Next Set Was Worse Than The First

This is what a lot of kittens looked like when they were thrust at me to foster care.

WOW!  Is this the same Kitten?  Yes, that is "Caruso"  he and his brother were adopted out through KK after I fostered them.

Shalimar gave birth in my home. Eventually all the kittens died.

There was no reimbursement for taking their little bodies to be cremated through the vet.  There were promises to do so, but no reimbursement. This was not a one time incident.

I still have an email sent to me by Marlene Kess and again when Hillary Harris became Director.  It states that cats being fostered do not need to go to the vet unless they have "open mouth breathing" need dental work or need intravenous fluids.  "We can do anything else that the vet would do" (referring to giving antibiotics).  NOTE:  Giving antibiotics for general Upper Respiratory Infections needs to be properly diagnosed by a vet othewise (as one vet said to me), "you are playing russian roulette" with the cat's health.

I could add more pictures but they only get worse.  Animals with Cancer that were emaciated, old cats and cats with mysterious circumstances where I was given medications but the cat did not respond to them.  I have another site that has more pictures.  They are still not as bad as the worst of the worst I fostered.
