We can move West Warwick back on the right track.
OCTOBER 14, League of Women Voters is hosting the Debates among the
Candidates. 6:30pm at the West Warwick Civic Center. Unfortunately for the voters of Ward 4, our Councilwoman has indicated
that she will not participate. However, I will be there to meet the voters and to watch the debates among the other candidates,
The State Representative and School Committee debates should be most informative as well as the those for the other Council
seats being contested.
OCTOBER 20th through November 4. We're in the Home stretch now! It's been a long campaign but
we've raised significant issues to the attention of the general public and our elected officials. RIPTA CUTS, the Water
Authority, Zoning Ordinances that hinder rather than help the communities citizens, votes taken by the Council without
adaquate thought, the structure of our taxation system, the roles of the teacher's unions in public eduation, etc. Our
Campaign's volunteers have scheduled a literature drop summaraizing our positions on the major issues and highlighting
the differences between Langdon Clough and the incumbent. We have run a serious and CLEAN Campaignof which we can be proud.I
thank you all for your interest and hard work.
If you wish to volunteer on election day as a checker, runner, etc. Please contact us. The system works
only as well as we all do.
