The hike is broken into two (2) parts. Part 1 starts at Fowler Hollow and winds Counter Clock Wise around a loop, passing
Check Points 1 & 2 and then terminating back at Fowler Hollow.
Part 2 starts at Fowler Hollow, passes Showaker Trailhead and then loops up past Check Point 4, runs along the pipeline
access, and then exits the access using the Keen Trail before heading back to Fowlers Hollow via Check Point 5.
The link below shows the approximate elevation plot of these sections. They were created by hiking with a GPS over
the period of several days and then plotting waypoints on a Topo map. The length of the displayed course could be off
by as much as a half mile.
