coming from Tampa:

Exit I-4 onto the Polk Parkway,Hwy 570 (toll road). Get off onto S. Florida Ave. (Hwy 37) and turn left (north). After passing Wal-Mart on your left, watch for Tires-n-More on your right (3100 block of S. Florida). Also on that corner is The Abby Office Park (in former Lutheran Church). Turn right onto Glendale Ave. The second street is Troy Ave. Turn right. UUCL is located in the first block on the left, with parking in the back, off Demington St.
coming from the north: Coming south on I-75, take the Lake Panasoffkee exit (the next one after the Wildwood cut-off and immediately after the long bridge). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left to go back under the interstate. Follow this road around both big curves until it deadends into US 301. Turn left (north) for about a block. Turn right at the Electric Co-op onto State 471. This is a very straight, fairly deserted road except for a few crossroads. Do slow down while going through Webster. . .they are serious about their speed limit. State 471 deadends into US 98. Turn left (south). This road eventually widens, passes the Lakeland Mall and becomes Florida Avenue. After passing the hospital, stay on Florida Avenue (instead of following 98). Drive through town. N. Fla Ave becomes S. Fla Ave. When you pass Southgate Shopping Center on the right (3100 block of S. Florida), start looking for Glendale St. At the corner of S. Fla Ave and Glendale is Tires-n-More on your left (3100 block of S. Florida). Also on that corner is The Abby Office Park (in former Lutheran Church). Across the street is a Hess Gas station. Turn left onto Glendale. The second street is Troy Ave. Turn right. UUCL is located in the first block on the left, with parking in the back, off Demington St.
coming from Orlando: Exit I-4 at Exit #33 Hwy 582/33. At the stoplight, turn left. Go under the interstate and turn right onto Hwy 33 (also called Lakeland Hills Blvd). Pass Watson Clinic and Lakeland Regional Medical Center. At Memorial Blvd, turn right for two blocks and then left onto Florida Avenue (at the next stop light). When you pass Southate Shopping Center on the right (3100 block of S. Florida), start looking for Glendale St. At the corner of S. Fla Ave and Glendale is Tires-n-More on your left (3100 block of S. Florida). Also on that corner is The Abby Office Park (in former Lutheran Church). Across the street is a Hess Gas station. Turn left onto Glendale. The second street is Troy Ave. Turn right. UUCL is located in the first block on the left, with parking in the back, off Demington St.
coming from Miami:

I-75 (Alligator Alley) to Naples and head north. Take I-4 east (towards Plant City and Lakeland). Follow the directions from Tampa.

If coming on Highway 60, the options are to turn north in Bartow on Hwy 98 or turn north in Mulberry on Hwy 37.

--From Hwy 98 south, pass Highlands City and Eaton Park. Turn west on Edgewood Ave (just past a Ryans Steakhouse and Pizza Hut, at the former Scotty's which is now a church). At Cleveland Heights Blvd., turn left. At the next curve in the road, turn right onto Glendale Ave. Troy Ave. is almost at the end of this road. Turn left onto Troy (Regency Apts on the right). UUC of Lakeland is at the end of the first block.
