This is a view of the highway bridge on the road between Twin Rocks and Vintondale where it crosses Blacklick Creek. This is near the Twin Rocks trailhead, which is located at the site of the former Twin Rocks train station. My father helped to construct this highway bridge in the early 1950's after he lost his job when the Big Bend Coal Mine closed.
Another rail siding used to follow the creek on the right side in this photo. That siding served the Jackson Mine, located in Jackson Township. The old siding is barely visible and is not part of the Ghost Town Trail.
