Iron Sharpens Iron!!!Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countance of his friend [to show rage
or worthy purpose]. Proverbs 27: 17
If you want to do something for God, then don't associate with
people who do nothing. You may have to drastically change your life if you want to move on
with what God has called you
to do. Spend time with people who know how to use their days well.
Just as iron sharpens iron, positive people will
inspire you to be positive. Godly people will inspire you to use your faith to do for the Lord what is in your heart to do.
Spend time with people who are doing something
for the Lord. Elisha got a double portion of Elijah's anointing, but he
had to associate with Elijah for a long time to get it (see 2 Kings 2: 1-14).
Count your blessings!!

Just Believe!!!May the God of your hope so fill
you with all joy and peace in believing.........that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound
and be overflowing
(bubbling over) with hope Romans 15:13
As a believer, your joy and peace are not based on
doing and achieving, but on believing. Joy and peace come as a result of building your relationship with the Lord. Psalm 16:11
tells you that in His presence is fullness of joy. If you received Jesus as your Savior and Lord, He-the Prince of peace-lives
inside you (see 1 John 14:23; 1 John 4:12-15).
You experience peace in the Lord's presence, receiving from Him and acting in
response to His direction. Joy and peace come from knowing, believing and trusting in the Lord with simple childlike faith.
So just believe........and be filled with an overflowing hope that cascades into every area of your life.

THIS TOWN
Look out your window
What do you see?
The road ahead
Paved for you and me
This town is so beautiful you just can't believe
Just sit back and receive
The walls made of silver - the roofs of gold
There's so much this town can unfold
When you think you've seen all there is to see
There's another road paved for you and me
Just when you think you've seen all there is to see
There's another road paved for you and me
Open up your heart - feel it inside
The love of life and joy abide
Fill you up - as far as you can bear
It takes away your smallest care
This town is filled with glory - This town is filled with joy
Step in and begin to explore
The endless feeling you will endure
There ain't nothing this town can't cure
When you think you've seen all there is to see

Be very careful about the things you say
Too much talk and ways you walk won't lead the way
To better days to come and days to go your way
Just remember the days gone by and know that your days are numbered
But trust in God and God himself will always lead the way

But to your dismay you always rise above the cares of the day
The voice inside may never be what you want it to be

THE DOOR OF LIFE
Lord why is it raining on me?
When I open the door to look out and see
The way that life and love will be
The door seems to close on me
The door of life may always seem to be the will and the ways of despair and grief
And you don't know where your next turn may be
You turn left and you turn right which ever your mind will see
God knows your faults and your cares and he will be there to answer your prayers
The door of life may seem to close in your face, with it comes woes
but always think of the hill that looks over Jordan and that door will never close.
