Age, rank, and
serial #: 37^, US citizen, no serial #
Who’s
your employer? Currently, ME.
Do
you have assistance in preparing your webpages? No, not as of yet.
What
are hobbies? These days, most of my activities I would not consider
hobbies. I grew up with many hobbies. (you may link through “Meet the Yehs”
on the homepage.) I enjoy cooking, and definitely enjoy writing.
What
are not hobbies? Tending to my email these days. I have been using an internet of one sort, or another, since I graduated alma mater (STANFORD). There has always been an etiquette, and a formality, as with business conduct. Much has crossed lines, as an educational tool, and a coordination tool, if not an industrial tool, has
been given away
for everyone to try to use. I’ve blamed this on Hollywood,
although [this is] a reduction of the problem (lifestyle habits that are more spontaneous, crossing into ordered environments,
that usually have no communication traffic). There
is a definite hazard here, of internet and electronic mail use, that was not present before. (See
also my tech notes at the bottom of CITY OF PROSE.)
Have
you worked at Stanford? No. I
completed my graduate degree@ UCLA with the support of a teaching and research –ship.
UCLA of late has been run into by Longhorn Texans.
Do
you speak Chinese? Not very well!!
I can understand the language passibly, but have found it is very difficult to learn a higher level of Chinese
(a more educated phrasing) well.
How do you design
your webpages? Usually, using a weblink, that is needed to access Verizon's trellix tools. I prepared my written
pages off the internet usually.
