More to 2007 "An OLDIE"

Aside from a planned cell phone retirement, what does 2007 bring?

Recognition.
I have recognized that insects love water, and have heard that cellphones do as well. My cell-phones, the
ones that didn't last, tended to prefer the ground, not necessarily water. Either way, flying cellphones, doesn't seem
viable, unless you don't mind a cage of bumblebees let loose on your plane.
But, the first issue, I was going to enter, was that of Global climate CHANGES.
What I have noted consistently is very unexpected temperature variations, from very cold, alternating with higher warmth and
humidity. Global construction projects -- buildings, residences, and cities, where none existed before seem to have
an influence on these recent climate changes. Also food foraging, growth & HARVESTING in remote locations.
Should all forms of food obtained from cold climates be eaten as the animal kingdom, would? Raw, cold? Have you
ever tasted seaweed/-vegetation? Finally, new forms of fuel (ethanol and compressed gases -- such as hydrogen), and
the cell phone factor -- would you wander around Timbuktu without your cell phone?
Our global population (per Yahoo, Dec. 31, 2006, news video and BLOG)* is currently ABOVE 300 million people. An observation to share, from 2000 and 1999 visits to Shanghai, China,
is that, the people there, except in the cities, that are dominated by business-people, travel little. Cell phones are
used as long distance phones are used here, except for the metropolis use of calling the person across the street, or even
on the other side of the TAXI! (Funny meeting YOU here!) Taxi use is high, car ownership much less. Most
areas, not catering to the country's needs, or tourism, are agriculturally dedicated. The people live close to the earth.
Few drive.
To meet the future, with prosperity, we need to conserve the resources available, to our use. For 2007, please
keep this in mind!
