	All of Wellesley Friendly Aid's programs, including the food pantry, are funded by donations.
	With the exception of a part-time Executive Director, all of our programs, including the Wellesley Food Pantry, are run by volunteers.
	With the demand for our services continuing to grow, our expenses also are increasing.

Wellesley Friendly Aid receives most of our funding through responses to our annual appeal letter, sent to community residents and businesses each September. Click here to view a copy of our latest appeal letter.

Donations of stock can offer tax incentives and are very much appreciated. Many large employers have a gift matching program. Wellesley Friendly Aid occasionally receives bequests from residents, including former beneficiaries of its services. This is an excellent way to give back to the community.

Wellesley Friendly Aid is committed to maximizing the value of contributions by minimizing overhead and fundraising expenses.  We pledge that your donation will be prudently used to make a difference in the lives of Wellesley’s less fortunate residents.
