Celebrating over 100 years of serving the Wellesley community!

Wellesley Friendly Aid Association is an action-oriented charity that started in 1899 and continues to grow to meet increasing needs. Although Wellesley has a reputation as an affluent town, reality can be quite different for some of our neighbors. Our services focus on helping Wellesley families living at or near poverty levels. Most live in public housing.

Wellesley Friendly Aid is one of the town's oldest non-profit organizations.
Wellesley Friendly Aid's programs, including the food pantry, are funded by donations.
With the exception of a part-time Executive Director, all of our programs, including the Wellesley Food Pantry, are run by community volunteers.
The Wellesley Friendly Aid Association is located at the intersection of Routes 9 & 16.
Please contact us for information on programs & services. Volunteers are welcome!
