GREENWOOD CEMETERY (Cont'd)
Greenwood cemetery is located in the Dale City area of Woodbridge, VA on Old Delaney Road just West of its intersection with Minnieville Road. It is the site of the old Greenwood Presbyterian Church. The cemetery is no longer used for burials.
We recently visited this old cemetery and took some pictures. They illustrate how neglected cemeteries often become. The first pictures show the old entrance and the general landscape. The other pictures show graves at a distance and a picture of the tombstone of the family of Thomas Clarke.
