These are copies of the newsletters which I've sent to Contest Directors in the Northeast region during my tenure. There have been other, lesser mailings in the course of running the NE region, but these are the major ones. Putting the NERCB on the web and moving a lot of communication to email has reduced the need for these newsletters, but there's still some good information to be found there for new Contest Directors.
