Auric fields . Reiki principles . Self-healing hand positions . Sensations when giving/receiving Reiki . Hand positions for treating others . The history of Reiki . Benefits of Reiki . The class consists of instruction, discussion, demonstration, and lots of practice. Four attunements will be given at intervals during the session. A Reiki Level I manual is included.
