Now it is time to start adding the side planks. The first plank makes that epoxy joint.

After getting a few planks on, you can do a couple at a time. But clamping gets complicated.

Now that the sides are completed, we can start on the inside.

We sprayed expandable foam in first, then placed the panel in.

You have to judge on how much to spray in. We made sure there was plenty.

Now just lay the pre-cut panel in place and weight it down with something heavy like 1" steel.
