By having more foam than you need, You are sure that all the space is filled up.

The sides are done same as bottom. Letting the extra squeeze out untill you get to the last piece.

To make the deck, we just hot glue the ribs down and then start glueing the planks on.

Cut the cabin sides out of 1/8"mahogany ,then glue them on the boat.

Now it gets really easy . All the hard work is done........

The finished deck. Trim the edges after breaking off the hot glue.
