Extra depth counters and cabinets
We added every inch possible to the
storage, and reduced space between cabinets and doors to the limit. We made the two corner wall cabinets fit the corner
for added storage. Usually the corner cabinets have a diagonal baffle inside. By making the units fit the corner,
this makes it a little more of a reach to the back of the cabinet, but certainly adds more space. The home is a Dutch
Colonial built in 1876 and lacked space but has a lot of character.
All the cabinets are finished inside and out.

Kiting at the shop.
Doors, Drawers, Panels.
We made up a "run" of common components and organized the lot, making things easy
for assembly.

Pieces to the puzzle are pre-fitted, pre-finished,
and ready to assemble into a finished product.
A narrow vertical space works out
well for a broom closet. This spot goes from floor to ceiling.

On this project, the toe recess is built separate with the cabinets sitting on
top. We broadened the forced Hot Air flow by incorporating the baffle. Before the Cabinets go on, we sprayed the baffle
black to shadow any highlights that will show through the brass plated grilles in the toe reccess at floor level.
