Point of Contact 3: Shalandis

If you complete the quest Investigate An'daroth, described in Contact Point 2, Dame Auriferous will send you on another, Into Occupied Territory, to the island she mentioned in passing. Shalandis Isle stands off the west coast of Ghostlands. You will find that a Night Elf ship has docked, tents have been set up plus tree dwellings, and two complete Moonwells have been established on this island. The quest requires you to steal three sets of secret plans. Catullus was able to do it without killing any Night Elves, although his success was tempered by the fact that other Blood Elves were killing Night Elves when he was there. One set of plans was in a tent, guarded by a Night Elf standing at attention in the door. Catullus found he was able to sneak up to the side of the tent, and get the plans without entering or disturbing the guard. A second set was lying on the ground at the entrance to one of the tree houses. Its guard had already been killed by a marauding Night Elf, so we cannot be sure whether you could have taken it without the use of force. The third set of plans was on a table on the high deck of the ship, and would be very difficult to steal without killing a fellow Elf. Perhaps most members of a party could get the Night Elves to chase them, while another stole the plans. Recently, two members of the Blood Ravens visited Shalandis, Catullus and Quy.
