Creating a box around a paragraph in InDesign can be a tedious task. Especially if you want it to flow with the text. This can be accomplished in InDesign with an anchored frame, a single cell table, or paragraph rules. Each one has its own set of problems. This script creates a box around selected paragraph or paragraphs using paragraph rules. It takes away the difficult task of having to measure the size of the paragraph and set the rules accordingly. There are two versions, a free version and a Pro version. The Pro version allows you set the current settings as default so you don’t have to choose each time the desired settings.
