October - Chinese New Year Box
Make a little Chinese food box with and embroidered top. We will use the shop embroidery machines, use the classroom sewing machines or bring your own from home.

  • (2) Fat ¼’s of fabric, one for outside and one for lining
  • 1 spool of #50 cotton thread for construction
  • #14 universal needle
  • Bobbin wound with same #50 cotton thread
  • 1/3 yard of timtex or pellon
  • Chinese food box template
  • White chalk pencil or chalk wheel
  • Fabric cutting scissors
