Hello,
I am a computer programmer (mainframes) from Bowie, MD. I got my degree in Physics from the University of Virginia. Though it's hard to tell from the picture, my arms actually are the same length.
Why is this web page here? Not even my dog knows why. Peer pressure, I suppose.

My foot has been out of commission (tendonitis and a touch of bursitis) for a while, but if it weren't here is what I would be doing (or doing more of):
Contra dancing, which I don't manage to do as often as I like:
Annapolis Traditional Dance Society - usually every first Saturday of the month
Mid-Maryland Folk Arts Council - in Frederick, MD, usually every 4th Saturday of the month
Charlottesville Contra Dance - every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Friday.

I am pleased as punch to have gotten this award, and am only mildly disappointed that there is no actual ice cream involved. (That was a joke, Peggy, so please don't actually try to get me some ice cream. I'm trying to stick to low-calorie desserts .) |
